Both Blue Box and that anime depict some of the most realistic and grounded relationships (high school for Blue Box, and adults in a working environment for I Have Crush at Work). In I Have a Crush, the main couple is already in a relationship and is very much like Haryu and Karen with their communication and chemistry with each other. They even have a normal intimate relationship straight from episode 1. It's so good and so refreshing to see in an anime!

Both have the most realistic relationships in their perspective age range (high school and adults at work). I Have a Crush at Work already have the main couple in a relationship that feels real AND even have normal (aka non-anime) intimate relationships, AND actual communication with each other. It's so refreshing!
