I cried so so much i started sobbing i always cry when their curse broke how they hugged their loved ones finally and how free they are now but how lonely it felt to them the show did so good on making me connect and care about all the characters that i was genuinely so happy for them crying my eyes out and kyo taking his bracelet off never fail to make me cry even more😭😭

Also it’s a good idea to space out the movie (altho not sure if you’ve seen it already or watching it with the finale. ITS TOO MUCH lol I haven’t cried over in a movie as hard as with FB Prelude. Fair warning 🥹

2024-12-28 07:01:35 +0000 UTCI'm glad you're watching the finale as a separate episode, the very last scene, oh Lord the last scene of 13. You wouldn't be able to handle it if you watched 13 immediately after these 2. I can't say anything more, but it is a perfect end. Have a box of tissues handy.

The plum analogy in the first season is something I’ll never forget. I truly never expected to fall in love so deeply with a series. When I watched the original version as a child, Tohru become my role model, I wanted to be just as kind as her. She has such a compassionate and caring persona 🥲 and the buildup for kyo and tohru’s relationship was so beautiful.

ALSO there is a spinoff manga called fruits basket another!! also side note yuki finally can stop 3rd wheeling LOL he was just sitting there when haru kissed Rin and standing there when kyo and tohru kissed so FINALLY babyboy grew up and kissed machi!! this was amazing i love it when i see people react to this series the lessons it teaches and the importance of life is just so amazing. when i ususally watch AMV'S of the show i often see "I wish i had a friend or lover like tohru" be that person to someone else i personally think that this is the best anime ever.. damn im crying LOLLLL
