Another tear jacking episode haha I love that Momiji was the person that went to talk to Akito at the hospital. He saw her there and recognized that she was struggling but yet trying, but she does not know how yet. And then, someone goes willingly to talk to her, as a normal person, and specially someone that is not connected to her by the bond anymore, shows her that the bond is not everything and she can connect still with people, like Tohru did before. Also, Tohru sees Akito because she is also a very lonely person. She suffered from losts, from being alone and a misfit from the others almost like Akito has been her whole life. So she connects and identifies with that feeling of desperately trying to hold on to a sentiment and to others like they are the reason they exist. Kyo's reaction when he sees Tohru lying on the floor is heartbreaking. Her inner thoughts and the scene where she tries to calm him and vice versa with the kiss at the end is amazing but yet so damn sad. Yuki is a gem. Glad you recognized him giving them space. He went there, cared for her, checked if she was ok and once Kyo arrives, he stays only enough to see how he was going to act and once he saw all was ok with Kyo and that he was handlgin the situation, he left to give them their time.
