I think it's interesting how in the moment we got of Akira, he was telling Akito "You were born to be loved" in regards to the zodiac bond, and then we have Ren telling Akito that the bond isn't real and the zodiac members don't really love her. It's like, how does one reconcile those two conflicting ideas? As a child? There's so many interesting things to pick apart, and season 3 is packed. I'm so excited!

We got a lot of new information on Akito this episode and it very impressive how you can add so many more layers to a character that we've been dealing with since the first season, and then with a couple of scenes, you get a whole new light into it

2024-12-11 15:42:35 +0000 UTCThere are really not any spoilers in the OP apart from a 2 second shot of a character. And since you dont know the context its not even that. I really dont get this " omg i cant watch the OP, i might get spoiled!" reactions. Even IF a intro would contain spoilers, you as the viewer would not know because you lack the CONTEXT for what is shows. On the contrary, for me that just leads to " omg what was that? Whats going on there?? Oh i cant wait till that happens!" which is the reason OP have those shots. But i feel the entire culture nowadays is so deadly afraid of being "spoiled" about anything that its bordering on paranoia. Just enjoy the shows for what they are and how they are presented, that includes OP and ED from the time they show up. Thats at least my opinion about this whole thing. EDIT: Since you watched the ED there are now zero spoilers in the OP, the different look for Momiji is really all there is that could be considered a spoiler in the OP. Kind of funny that you were warned about watching the OP instead of the ED which is WAY more spoiler heavy. But this proofes my point, you dont know what the spoilers are so you dont even notice them.
