At least from the interaction she seems conflicted about Mio going after saying she could have a yukata, i interpreted that as staying away from the festival, but could also mean just to stay near her at the festival.

2024-07-15 21:00:03 +0000 UTCIn the previous episode I believe that Tokiko was asking Mio to skip the festival and go with her somewhere else. She doesn't want Mio involved with the shadows, with her asking Shinpei not to tell Mio anything about the sewers either.
