And also, that is so DnD with the halvling thiev etc. This is going to be great. I started watching it along with this reaction, but I am really tempted to just binge through.

2024-04-24 20:46:58 +0000 UTCI loved the manga and saw a lot of episode now in three different languages, they really hit it out the park with this adaptation. I absolutely love this chaotic party, especially girlfailure Macille and our "special" King Laios lol

2024-04-24 11:59:20 +0000 UTCI tried to read this manga several times (before the anime started airing) and bounced off hard. Personally, I get nothing at all from all the monster cooking recipes gimmick. And it just took me out of the story every time it frequently stops to describe a recipe for cooking monsters... But it gets less prevalent after 8ish episodes. And the story and characters are all pretty solid and worth pushing through.
