The fact that Stolz (meaning Pride) was the pride of the village but didn't really care about any of that, instead being proud of his little brother working hard (even without results) and congratulating him with this large hamburg steak is just so wholeosome. It's actually so sad that Stark never remembered any of that up until now, probably because of the trauma and guilt of abandoning his family. The little detail of his lip quivering after taking a bite of the steak had me actually in tears.
