It's called Uma Musume: Road to the Top. The OP and all 4 episodes are on Youtube with great english subs! It's one of the more well made anime of recent years and it's crazy amazing how they manage to fit a full story in only 4 episodes. It's hype, it's emotional, and you can tell there's so much love put into it. I really hope you consider reacting to it, and since it's only 4 episodes, if you really get into it you could knock it out within a day π.
