For me, the most challenging aspect to watch was the male side characters who constantly sexualize everything around the girls. However, it helps to view it from the perspective that they're middle schoolers going through puberty and learning how to deal with their own feelings. From what I remember, around episodes 5-6, it becomes really cute. In part, it follows the typical plot where the girl saves the shy boy, but he has a specific problem, and he also helps her with her own problems and insecurities.

Also the soundtrack is by the person who did it for the movie A Silent Voice. No more to say! I look forward to this journey!
