I'm not sure if you picked up on it but that destroyed building was the former Republic of San Magnolia's embassy, I think it is implied that the Federacy or individuals in the Federacy fire bombed it or something after learning about the 86, although maybe that's just my interpreation. But that was literally the only display of any destruction anywhere so I'm pretty sure of it
