The big difference between the 2 seasons, besides knowing the characters more is there isn't really any drama or potential for drama in this. It's basically an apology to us fans for thinking this wouldn't be as popular as they thought when they crammed 2 to 3 seasons of a story into one 13 episode stand alone show.
