Yea, the Devoted long file is in the Devoted folder, however the shorter file which would normally be found in the Spellbound folder (along with the Devoted folder), is missing. Unless, because it's February, a short month. Mistress Stella used to have certain exceptions for certain months, but when I look at the membership descriptions, I don't see any mention of that.
