2023-06-07 21:55:37 +0000 UTCThe voice acting in this show is so damn good. They encouraged the voice actors to adlib a lot since they did most of the recording prior to finalizing the animation so they could adapt to it. So excited for this.

2023-06-07 03:04:37 +0000 UTCI am getting ahead of myself with this, but "Lycoris Recoil: The Play", a live-action stage production of this anime that was performed in January of this year, was absolutely FANTASTIC. The BD/DVD for it will be released in July and include the final performance on January 15, which I myself saw. After you watch this anime and find that you do like it, I recommend you get a disc of this LycoReco: The Play (go to amazon.co.jp or animate-onlineshop.jp). There will be no English subtitle, but you don't need one after you go through this anime because The Play is a faithful re-creation of the anime storyline and characters. The actors are like the anime characters precisely reproduced in three dimensions. I was at first skeptical of the stage version of LycoReco, but was proven dead wrong. The Play was unbelievably well done and entertaining.
