It's funny, because as smart and perceptive as Aqua is, he doesn't seem to understand why he's such a good actor, or even comprehend that he IS a good actor. His director friend seems to understand his strengths, though, so hopefully he'll steer him int he right direction.

The only thing I don't like is that the exposition is a bit heavy-handed, but I think it's necessary given that most people watching (myself included) just don't know anything about the entertainment industry in Japan.

2023-05-03 23:09:19 +0000 UTCit is kind of a weird dynamic like you talked about with a potential crush from kana, but it is important to remember that its not like isekai where its the same soul or person in a new body. all he has is memories, he is still a 15 year old kid inside and out. which i suppose creates an interesting discussion of whether your memories or your soul dictate your true age.
