Still mad that they cut Yumiko's smile out from this episode and just gave us the scene as audio-only at the end. On the other hand, the bang hiding Yukino's broad smile when she talked about not picking science was a weird answer made up for it a little bit.

2023-09-14 16:20:27 +0000 UTCiroha's definitely crushing on hachiman at this point lol; the way she was all over him when he walked in, and then jumped back when she saw he was with yui and yukino makes me laugh every time. also it's so cute when she cheers him on at the race. and you're right, yui's definitely picking up on the vibes between hachiman and yukino this episode--between getting jealous of hachiman complimenting yukino's glasses, and her almost certainly overhearing (and maybe even seeing through the window) hachiman and yukino in the infirmary, she's definitely noticing SOMETHING, even if she pretends like she doesn't. also i think you hit the nail on the head with hayama--even though he objectively has a TON of things that hachiman doesn't, all of his relationships are very surface level and non-genuine. everyone "loves" him but no one really knows him. hachiman, on the other hand, might only have a few relationships, but those relationships are all so much more genuine. great reaction as always, can't wait for the OVA!
