Yukino's classmates were asking Yukino about her relationship with Hachiman since they did a few things together during the Culture Festival. Anime only showed the part where they bantered while Sagami held the opening speech however, so it is a bit harder to pick up on it. Due to this she got conscious about it. This carries over into the next episode briefly at the stone garden.

I can only suggest to read the novels if possible, it's really worth it and would help understand many things that you probably missed.
