As someone who was just like Bocchi in middle school and high school, got a car at 16 but couldn't even go to the drive thru or make phone calls without writing a script beforehand, I relate so hard to this show and I feel you with the emotion, it makes me so happy that she's found people who can help her through her social anxiety. I had some friends like that when I started college and it was a huge point of progression for me. I love this show, I'm going to catch up to you today and watch all your other reactions, lol.

2023-02-10 20:37:01 +0000 UTC@Dooly I mean its one of the highest ranked anime of all time on MAL and its going viral, its a lot more popular than most slice of life that are similar to it. I think its getting the recognition it deserves but maybe not the popularity, but thats just how it is with slice of life, it just can’t compete with the popularity of other genres.
