And secondly, Marin normally does spend time with her friends but she’s been running off to work on her cosplay and it takes up a lot of her free time

The circle being placed at "face" level for a lot of characters is a bit offputting sometimes though and blocks out more important parts of the shot, even if it's actually not blocking out that much space.

The majority of the lewdness of this show is Marin specifically controlling it and directing it. Yes, we get to see it but its not like the character wasnt expecting to be seen, we aren't watching some leering camera shot on a character unaware of being watched. Sure there are some moments that could have been omitted but this show is so much more than being about "fanservice".
