Assignment Suggestion #3 - Each sissy must practice and perfect their ahegao, their "fucked silly" face. Eyes half-lidded, tongue hanging out, face completely slack. Do it in front of a mirror. And if you are truly brave...take a picture for Mistress to critique and enjoy.
Affirmation Suggestion #9 - Sissy love. It's ok that you're a sissy, you should embrace your true self.
Affirmation Suggestion #7 - Deep in your subconscious it is anchored that whenever you are in a hurry and start to run you will start to sissy mince instead - tip toed, quick small steps, butt wiggling invitingly, hips swaying violently from side to side, while your upper arms are tucked while your forearms are out to the sides with limp wrists dangling. You will not notice this, but for sure everybody else, especially since you will be very slow: your friends at sport practice, your co-workers when hurrying up to a meeting or to catch the elevator, etc. They all will see the real you eventually. No more male stride but an exaggerated sissy walk.
These suggestions will be made into four 2-4 minute audio files, to be released next month for patrons pledging $5 and up. As usual, a new file will be posted every Monday.
