the last episode of arcane will be up later today for the daifuku tier, but i wanted to post this ASAP.
i said this on youtube a few months back, but i'd like to start watching movies on my channel as well, and i know there are a few movies that people keep suggesting that i watch. i hope to watch whichever wins in the next two weeks. the movie will be an extra upload from the daily uploads that i do for shows.

I did in a time I was going through something and friends I know have connected it to something in there lives. But I didn't say the opposite isn't true. I know people who liked it without eny kind of trama I never said it couldn't go both ways. And I've stated multiple times that both movies are just masterpieces in their own right.

They originally came out together, as they are both stories of 2 kids dealing a tough family situation--one heartwarming, the other gut wrenching. Most know Totoro as the cute/warm magical childhood story. Grave of the Fireflies (often forgotten) is the sadder/traumatic side of war affects on children.

Which just comes across meaning people who didn't like it just haven't struggled with those things. All I'm saying is that isn't true. That's all.

And for people who have gone through similar struggles with anxiety and self loathing it's a really powerful story. Other people prefer your name because of its romance and mystical aspect. But they are both really good in their own right.
