Realistic AI for the Marrakech Circuit by ROLLOVERS

I always enjoyed a WTCR race on the Marrakech circuit (by ROLLOVER), but infortunately the track is too tricky for the AI cars so they almost all crash and racing was almost impossible.
So I created the "ai_hints.ini" file which now gives the AI a more realistic behavior (they don't crash too often anymore and can compete with you).
And it's now possible to have safety car with the Safety Car App in this circuit !
