The January Update and Plan

So here we are in 2024... it looks so different what with the flying cars and soylent green.  

I wanted to give a quick update to all of you wonderful people supporting Locked in Lace (and myself in the process), sort of look at what all happened last month and then look forward towards January and what is coming.  

As always, I welcome feedback, would love to know what you are excited about and what makes your hearts all aflutter.

DECEMBER REVIEW

Let's see how we did...

The big push for December was getting the site back up and running.  Yay!  While there are still miles to go in terms of content, stability, and bugs... I am SOOOOOO happy to have the place back and to see everyone over there having fun and enjoying themselves.  

We had a small Christmas event on the site and then the big end of year Gala which I am let wrap up this week.  So happy to have our home back again.

A.I.dentity wrapped up Part One with our poor little Sissy in a heap load of trouble. The story is going to start releasing on the site next week, but in the meantime, I am going to open up the first part to all members regardless of level so if you haven't read it, you can get a sneak peak before it goes live to everyone on LIL.

I put a poll up for the next story you would like to see, and it looks like we are moving onto Part Two of A.I.dentity so if you haven't read it, now is the time.  It only gets more intense from here.

The Punishment Class did not go as well as hoped.  This is totally on me.  I tried putting it up on Google Classroom as I got the site back up and running and it was just not a conducive learning environment.  I am currently building the class on LIL proper (complete with achievements, certificates and the final Punishment Therapy Video (which was due before the new year... sigh...) and we should have it up shortly.   I am going to offer first dibs to the lovely girls who tried to bear with me on Google Classroom (and all Sweet Treats)and then once they get a head start it will open up to LIL in full.   This has been a class I have now built for the forth time, so you would think it should be good. 

I missed the deadline on the new Mistress Monthly.  But it is a good one and it is nearly done.  Very excited to have the new magazine out in the world for all of our aspiring Mistresses to learn from (and for our Sissies to fear).

Overall, I'm very pleased with December's progress... which brings us to...

THE JANUARY ROADMAP

As you can see, we are well on our way.  

New Monthly Tasks have returned to LIL (this time for both the Sissies and also the Managers).  I have done some cleanup to how the Diaries are displayed, stored and used... and so far it has seemed like a huge improvement that I can now implement to the other types of content.  This will then be followed by the completion of the Sissy initiation with The First Night segment... in which the new girl will get to experience dinner at M&R, their first shower and being in a dorm room with a fellow Sissy for their first 'performance'.  Big fun.

AIdentity starts back next week with Part 11... in which we see just how reliant we are on technology these days *evil grin*. 

You can see there is a timeline to get the Punishment class integrated into the site, followed two weeks later by a return of the dreaded Curtsy class.  This will open to the Sweet Treats tier and above as the Punishment Class is opened to everyone else.

This comes with a brand new video (thanks to our LIL Slut tier for sponsoring), and in lieu of a Mistress Monthly in January, we will be having a new RP Manual for the soon to be open Demerit Hall.

There may be more surprises as well, and as always I will try to announce and release here first.
