I have been criticized for my anger in the past, and I have been working on it for years. I try my best, and personally, breathing exercises and listening to asmr helps me the most. Ah thanks! I had anger issues for very long time, first emotion I always felt was anger and during therapies I learnt how to deal with it! I hope my tips can be helpful
