The Failed Experiment - Chapter 4

Back in their living room, Lily and Marc sat on the couch, contemplating their new reality. They decided that, instead of despairing, they would use the day to explore how to adapt to this unusual situation.

"How about we spend the day together, figuring out how we can make this work?" Lily suggested, trying to keep her spirits up.

"I think it's an excellent idea," Marc replied, smiling. It will be like an adventure, a way to reconnect.

Lily began by showing Marc the parts of the house from his new perspective. Using a small toy stroller that they found in one of the attic boxes, Lily was able to transport Marc easily, allowing him to see and experience different corners of their home.

"This is incredible!" Marc exclaimed, laughing as Lily carried him from room to room. I never imagined seeing the house from this perspective.

They arrived at the kitchen, where Lily prepared a simple but special lunch. He placed a small portion of salad and a piece of bread in front of Marc, laughing at the difference in sizes.

"It's like having a giant banquet all to myself," Marc joked, tearing off a tiny piece of bread. Thank you, Lily. This is perfect.

After lunch, they decided to enjoy some time outdoors in the garden. Lily led Marc outside, carefully placing him on the edge of the water fountain they had built together years ago.

"I remember when we built this," Marc said, his voice tinged with nostalgia. We worked late that night, and it was one of the best times of my life.

Lily smiled, sitting down by the fountain and looking at Marc lovingly.

At dusk they decided to enter the house "how about we watch a movie?" suggested Lily

"It's okay," Marc replied

Lily made her way to the living room and gently placed her husband on the edge of the sofa.

"I'll be back dear, I'll go and prepare some popcorn," Lili said as she headed to the kitchen.

After a few minutes he came back with a bowl and sat on the couch right next to Marc

"Did you think about which movie to watch?" asked Lily

"I think we could see episode 1 of Star Wars, it's been a long time since we saw that movie," Marc said

-I agree, do you remember that it was one of the first movies we saw together? Wow, we're still a freak- Lili said

"Oh come on, they're great, I don't understand how there are people who don't like it," Marc said

Lily looked for the movie and started playing it.

After a few minutes Lily was hooked to the TV while eating popcorn and passing a few to her husband, in the time it took him to eat just one, his wife ate several handfuls of a bite.

Halfway through the movie Lily settled down, stretching her legs and placing her feet on a small table that was in front of the Sofa, from this moment on, something new awoke in Marc, the gigantic feet caught his attention.

Lyli was a very neat person, she used to take very good care of her personal hygiene, she almost always exfoliated them with moisturizers and perfumes and almost always wore her nails painted, in this case she used a white polish that highlighted her fingers.

Marc had never been a boy with an interest in feet, on occasion he had given massages to his wife but this never aroused an excitement in him, however that night there was something strange, for some reason the little man was distracted from the movie when Lily made a minimal movement on the table.

"Hey honey, would you like me to massage your feet?" asked Marc nervously.

Lily was surprised at the question, her husband had never suggested anything similar before.

-Seriously? What is the reason for this generous offer? - Lily asked a little surprised

"Mmm well I think it's been a tiring day, you've carried me from top to bottom, I think it's the least I can do for my beautiful wife" said Marc

Lili looked at him for a moment with a look of amazement "and how do you plan to do that exactly with your size?" she asked with a slight laugh

"Well, you could place me on the table and we'll see what we can do about it," Marc said, looking at his wife with a smile

Lily was curious about that proposal, she also thought that she could be nice "It's okay my love, since you insist I don't see any problem" she said with a smile to her husband as she grabbed him with her hand and slowly placed it on the table next to her feet.

Before moving forward little Marc contemplated the gigantic feet in front of him, Lily did not have exactly big feet, she was size 6 shoes, but Marc barely reaches halfway, after a few seconds seeing the toes that rose to the top, Marc advanced towards his wife's ankle and began to climb it with a little effort.

Lili, already completely fired from the film, watched with curiosity the movements of the tiny man trying to climb at her feet.

"Do you need help honey?" said Lily sitting from the Sofa

"I'm almost there," Marc shouted with a little fatigue

Marc was not exactly an athletic man, although he was not an overweight person, he did not boast of great musculature, an exercise as simple as climbing a few centimeters seemed to be taking a great effort, after a few seconds he finally managed to rise and was kneeling on his ankle while he held his balance, when he stabilized he finally decided to stand up and walk slowly in the direction of his wife's fingers.

Lily continued to watch carefully, it was a little funny to her how something so simple had taken a little effort from her little husband, she tried to stay extremely still, she knew that a slight movement could throw Marc off balance.

When Marc finally reached the foot, he began rubbing his hands over each finger, he could see a faint reflection of his face on Lily's nails.

Marc felt a peach scent penetrating his nose, it was a pleasant smell, and the skin he was rubbing felt soft to the touch, after a few seconds, he tried to keep climbing, he placed his hand between the giant woman's big toe and middle toe, then he raised his right leg as if he was climbing,  finally he managed to climb up and sat down between his feet, leaving his big toe in front of him which he proceeded to hug and rub slowly.

This for Lily was quite a spectacle, she never imagined seeing a scene like this and even less with her own husband.

"Does my love feel good?" Marc shouted

"You're doing great," Lily replied

The truth is that the giant woman didn't feel more than a slight sense of rose, but she didn't want to say it and make her husband feel bad who was clearly trying hard.

At that moment Lily felt a sensation in her nose, a sneeze was on its way, she couldn't stop it.

-ACHU- Lily shouted

This caused him to involuntarily move his feet

Marc who was struggling at all times to keep his balance heard the great sound of his wife sneezing followed by a great movement that made him fall to the other side of the giant foot.

What had been a simple move by his wife had felt like an earthquake to him.

Lyli put her hands to her mouth "MY LOVE YOU ARE FINE" She screamed worriedly as she spread her legs to see her husband lying on his back on the table.

"I'm fine, don't worry" Marc said while shaking his thumb

"I'm so sorry, it wasn't on purpose," Lily said a little scared

"I know honey, calm down, I'm fine, it didn't hurt at all," Marc said, standing up slowly

Then Marc's vision changed, the two soles of his wife's feet rose on either side, for a few seconds he was unmotivated, in all this time, he had not had that perspective, and there was something that attracted him strongly, Marc began to walk towards his wife's right foot and slowly put his hands on the large wall of flesh in front of him,  It felt very soft and the peach aroma intensified more.

"Are you sure you want to continue?" asked Lily

Marc without responding began to rub both his hands on the sole of his wife's foot

"Good night my love, I love you" Lily said as she gave her little husband another kiss and turned off the light.

"I love you," said Marco

Once in bed, Lily kept thinking about what had happened, although she did not say a word, something inside her had felt good, the idea of having her eloquent little husband adoring her feet, generated a certain satisfaction, and thousands of ideas came to her mind.

After a few minutes she fell asleep with a smile on her face.
