several unrelated notes: faceless / featureless: without eyes, how can she look out for the thief? Is it really a need to make the new mannequin unrecognizable as boss? Why not tell the staff, that the boss had made a 3D-printed mannequin of herself via a full-body-scan, to make staff aware of her presence all day? (I like the idea of being recognized, but then people rationalize the similarity by this or similar reasoning and they belief, the very lifelike doubleganger is just a special, but real mannequin ...)
