I assume, the hands are partially hidden behind this large breasts (if the hand still has separate fingers instead of mittens, this would be more easily to verify, when just 3 fingers are visible ...) BTW: on one hand I like, when the dolls and mannequins are more lifelike (why use real people as 'raw material', if their features are lost?), on the other hand is there some turn-on in the fact, that the former person is now just an object, a simple inflatable with a simplified hand, permanant open mouth and other attributes of a pure sex-doll ...
