oh, wait a moment: you would become a mannequin in an awkward pose, and if someone accidently lifts the hoop from bottom up the way back, you would be restored :-) instead, instruct someone to let it drop, once you strike a good pose, then this assisting person takes the hoop out from under your feet (she lifts your plastic bodya bit for this) and let the hoop drop a second time from top down and then a third time ...
