Status Update - Chapter 138

I've handed over the first half of chapter 138 to the editors and I'm about half way through the second half. My aim is to wrap up the chapter tomorrow evening (31st).

I believe that he was scanning the Citadel with his X-ray vision for danger after Alyssa told him she felt they were being watched & that's how he saw him

Patreon uses (US) Pacific Time, so I believe thats around 6 and a half hours from this reply. Im looking forward to reading it, but probably won't actually get a chance until the weekend. I hope that people learn from it so that it is never allowed to happen this way again, although I'm sure that it will happen again, in almost precisely this way, because that's how people are. We don't learn and the cycles persist.
