Singapore Day into Night Drive

This is for ACU Singapore, DAY version!
I wanted to drive this with day - night cycle, and lights switching on in the evening.
So i reworked the config for the day version.
GrassFX and VAO also included,
but all work in progress.

hi! this was the same ppfilter as already in the new extra post (HDR), this is even a newer/better version. and i will update this soon again.
