A reminder from Cat

Autumn is a time of change, and with it, some people may feel their moods shift. Cat sent this to remind everyone to stay strong:

"We might have been dreaming of the blessings of autumn, but some of you might feel a little SAD (seasonal affective disorder). That is why the Radio demon has some tips for you to beat that pesky seasonal depression (I swear princess Morningstar is not forcing the demon)

Humans are basically just complicated house plants. That means you might need to take care to get enough sunlight during the darker days. When the sun is out, you go out. Go photosynthesize in name off all the fruits that have perished for your entertainment. Maybe get yourself some extra vitamin D. No I don't mean the stuff you are getting plenty of in the audio, you pervert.

Stay active, go touch some grass. No matter how tempting it is to just hide away and do nothing all day, humans don't hibernate. You will feel better if you go for regular autumn walks (there are a few audio very well suited for this). Or you can stay active in some other way. Like by turning on your radio and dancing the dreariness away. Yet another reason why radio is superior to television!

Give yourself a little treat now and then. We are all sinners, what are they going to do, send us to double hell? Fall has so many delights to offer, just pick your poison. But try to avoid too much sugar. Try the hearts of your enemies instead.

Do not isolate yourself. Stay in touch with your friends and loved ones, both in real life and online. The world is a stage and a stage is a world of entertainment. But you also need an audience.

And of course sleep. But it is not just about sleeping. The winter blues XL might actually make you want to sleep more, Sleep consistency is key here. And with the shorter days it is even more silly to wake at 3am. Lastly, if all else fails, seek out professional help. We are here for you but sometimes you need a little more."
