Hoarse throat
Added 2025-07-29 10:56:06 +0000 UTCI have made my voice hoarse with some of those death metal-like growls. I do believe this was a very good recording session! Not too much hyperventilation, either! Comparing my hyperventilation levels now to a year ago - when I was experiencing strong symptoms - I have come a long way with my breathing techniques.
