Getting ready for tomorrow!
Added 2024-12-24 16:32:12 +0000 UTCSince I could not eat Thanksgiving dinner on account of my lovely case of covid, I have decided to cook my menu tomorrow! Cornish game hen, pumpkin pie, and mashed vegetables (potatoes, celery, carrots, onions). I always cook my poultry with a mirepoix (the celery, carrots, and onion), so this time I will simply add some potatoes. Once it's all cooked, i'll mash them to make a lovely vegetable side dish!

2024-12-25 02:54:36 +0000 UTCIt's funny because my husband and I both have COVID since Saturday... So no Xmas for us. Yay. We got so much fever and now we're almost dead. (I hope we'll feel better for New Years, we'll be hosting a drag queen/king party)
