Espresso!

Good heavens above, I declare the instructions included are less than stellar, and I had to access that strange "internet" machine to find something comprehensible! But as you all know, deer can't read or write, so it's a wonder I got the machine working at all!

But this Barista has been embracing her nocturnal instincts and re-calibrating for existence under that annoying bright orange ball! I would need the make and model of said machine to clarify the instructions lol. But at its most basic, make certain you use very fine ground espresso if buying or grind it fine if you do that yourself. Make certain you use a tamper as well before setting it into the brewer. Some machines give you three brew settings others don't, so its just a matter of hitting the brew button of choice. If you want to add a bit of flavor .. you can mix spices into the grounds before you tamp it so it diffuses through as it brews. A favorite of mine is vanilla bean paste and cinnamon! Anyway, enjoy the glories of espresso! Addendum: I prefer a classic stove top espresso pot. I have a machine, but it SO much easier to do it the good ole fashion way. Plus it's an heirloom from a friend's precious gran who adopted me as a grandkid
