I know we are often bombarded by bad news and negativity, what we can't do, what we can't be. What isn't possible. I know firsthand how much that can feel crippling, please please please do not let such voices win. Many times life creates a hard situation, in fact I would even say life is inherently hard, unfair and sometimes horrible. But it isn't a constant. The good news is we're not hopeless. Nobody truly is. No matter where you are in life, please don't give up on you.
