AYYY HERE IS ONE THAT WAS SUPRISINGLY TOUGH T^T I feel bad for how bad I was breathing heavy but turns out it is really tough to voice act a deep chest voice that requires a lot of breath and work out at the same time, its kind of like working out while holding your breath! Hope you all enjoy and its a bit of a more complete workout as its a 25 ish minute one. Complete with cooldowns and a lot of stuff! hope you enjoy It's mostly focused on core strength, stretching, and legs. Since I feel like those are a great place to start for intro workouts!
