"A Breather.." A Moment Of Panic/ Gojo Comfort For Negative Feedback Loops.

As someone really susceptible to overthinking/negative feedback loops, I really hope that this finds you well, but just in case it doesn't take as much time as you need to feel better. Much love and hope this helps!

Future me here: listened to this on a day where i was so irritable that the skin on my back felt like it was crawling. I felt like i was gonna explode and i could feel all these negative thoughts, primarily towards an individual/situation, slowly becoming negative thoughts about myself. Had to pause a few times so i didnt break down at work but this helped

Im definitely keeping this in my pocket for when i need it. I havent had a spiral in a minute which is good, but i know it'll happen sooner or later. But when it does, i'll have Gojo to comfort me 🥰

Cece-senpai or -sama or sdkjfnbsjk this is simply lovely.. forgive me my yapping but know I just felt all the emotions through this audio and it made me all warm and fuzzy inside! I needed this after a chaotic mess of work and doctorate studies my side; which made me all too much for my friends as I am venturing into a different path but feeling too little in the sea of academics who are experts in what they do. and this audio calmed me down after spiralling when i am left sleepy or tired-- thank you for this as you have captured in the most Gojo sweetest way of howd hed comfort someone facing such and the words just hit home <3 and if its okay to ask, I hope youre also doing well and good yourself Cece-senpai <3 (let me know if you prefer sama respectfully!) because I know in order to creatively write this and pour your soul into this, you also came from a place of spiralling, sadness and pain-- so sending hugs to you (with your consent) and know I and we appreciate this art <3 much love to you back ! <3
