Fair enough then, Nessa does wear her suit really well here! Certainly would love to see more of this alternate universe, but that snippet does paint an interesting idea: showing that even a Trainer who has slowly worked their way up through the ranks of a standard Pokémon League to the Champion Title might not be prepared for all the new challenges of the Suit Gym League... And if they do end up losing in any of these matches? Well, as you pointed out, they are going to be stuck in their new role, at least until the next regular Pokémon League in the region starts up again; it giving more than enough time for any (both new and/or old) interested contestants to get themselves properly prepared for the challenge.

2022-11-06 03:20:48 +0000 UTCOh wow, now that is some awesome work! I really do have to wonder what Nessa's own outfit looks like from the front, since it certainly seems to grab my attention more... Is it a normal catsuit, or a Pokémon themed one? But this would certainly make for a really fun manga idea though, with the main character getting drawn into this intriguing new world of an underground Pokémon competition with high stakes.
