Sincerest Apologies
Added 2025-02-02 07:48:36 +0000 UTCWhen preparing for February, I saw that everyone was charged for the month of January, despite me saying that January would also be paused. I wish to let everyone know that I am truly truly sorry for that. When reading the paused billing, I must have read it wrong and I thought that the billing would remain paused unless I started it again. That did seem different than before, but Patreon received a lot of changes recently, and I thought this was one of them. And sadly, Patreon does not inform me automatically when everyone is charged, so when I returned to Patreon and looked at everything, that was when I saw that January was charged.
I am very very sorry for that, and if anyone was under the impression that this was on purpose and that I charged everyone without providing content in return, then please know that I would never ever do that. Again, I want to provide my sincerest apologies for all of this.
With all this happening, I was going to return for February, but I've realized that due to personal stuff in my life right now, I am not ready to return yet, so I would like to apologize for that as well, and I hope to return next month.
I have provided refunds to everybody charged for January and February, and Patreon said that it should return within 5 to 7 business days.
Once again, my sincerest apologies to everyone for the confusion and for not being back as soon as I had hoped. I wish you all a very happy February and I hope to see you all soon in March.
