Just checked Wikipedia. DC, yes, Action Comics, no. It's from "Phantom Zone" No. 4, Apr '82 (guessing you haven't heard of that title either). She is the ultimate man-hater https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faora#Pre-Crisis Too bad DC likely wouldn't let you use her character, but maybe if you just ask...;-)
