the new MKU voice actress is amazing -- and looking for work.
Added 2019-12-30 06:53:55 +0000 UTCHello all. I just wanted to take a second to plug the woman who's lending her voice to the MKU now...she did the most recent Brittania and Soviet Superwoman clips, and she's recorded a bunch of new MK dialogue you haven't heard yet, but soon will.
She's a voice-over professional, and a working actress, so she understands how to read scripted dialogue...and while the idea of an all-powerful, merciless mankilling superwoman is new to her...she's finding she sorta likes it! She's been exploring our little genre and is looking to make a bigger footprint there. She can do accents, multiple takes, and her ad-libbing skills are flawless.
She's having such a blast voicing these mankilling machines that she suggested, and I quote: "Is there is any opportunity to PERSONALIZE V/O? Like anyone that might want the Mankillers to call them by name? Like, if you have any loyal subscribers they could even submit copy for me to read as one of the ladies ;) -- just a thought. It would be cool if you and I could work on something extra like that. I’ll do anything and everything as far as V/O is concerned ;-)."
She's super cool and great at what she does, and I'm hoping to have her be the main voice of the MKU for a good long while....So...if you have a few dollars of spending money and a short story or dialogue you'd like her to perform, send me an email, and I'll forward it along to her. Her rates are fair (V/O is expensive, and she's on the more affordable end of the scale), and I promised I'd do what I could to send more V/O work her way...she deserves it.
