I’ve been struggling with extremely painful periods my entire life (no exact diagnosis), but I’ve been to the hospital for pain before bc I was screaming and thrashing like a madwoman haha. Finally ended up in the ER and sent to a doctor who listened to me. He did some specific tests and found I had severe endometriosis so bad it was fusing my intestines to my uterus. Had an emergency full hysterectomy and I have never been happier. I never realized until after my surgery that my entire life I had been in pain. Be your own advocate ladies. Keep pushing until you find someone who listens to you 🩵
