For example, I'm allergic to dog hair, cat hair, roaches, dust, pollen, trees, and grass. Like it physically doesn't damage me those are just the things that can trigger my asthma. I wish you the best! Stay safe, be careful and once again great audio!!

My doc tells me to wear a mask and a scarf to keep my throat warm and the mask keeps the air you breathe in warm. Im also supposed to stay away from ice cold drinks (but Its hard to stick with that).
