These few weeks, I had a lot of time reflecting on the work that I've been doing. I've been trying a lot of new things and have been learning a lot these few months, but I didn't feel the good satisfaction in finishing a art these days.
I went back and looked at my previous works, stuff that I'm still proud of. And the stuff I felt good about was the full-body characters I did and the process in making them (everything used to be cool/badass but also sexy). I've been lazy guys, I've been trying to skip the traditional step (pencils) and trying to find a substitute/shortcut process for it, but the results of that was never on par with what I used to do. What I need to do right now, is take a step back and go back to my old process in making my art.
The penciling process is long, but the results are worth it. And I hope everyone will see that soon.
