i’ve been saving this one for when i break and today was the day i’ve cried all day this depressive episode kicked my ass i hardly slept the night prior and i slept a couple hours in the morning and now it’s nearly 11 pm and i’m still crying and my head hurts and i have felt everything that nishi has felt or talked about in this, my own brain being my biggest anti and bully. draining the life and happy out of me i hadn’t listened to audios in a while bc i hadn’t had time to slow down and collect myself now that i did the thoughts and voices are too loud i can’t sleep even though i so desperately want rest and once again miss yato and noya are here to silence them and muffle them out…..
