I know Kaine is a bit of a foul-mouthed kween, BUT you know me, I would love to headcannon that she is actually a very gentle and respectful lover. She knows very well at this point that NieR has his traumatic past and foibles to deal with AND she loves him so much that she would become an attentive lover because of NieR's heart of gold and gentle personality.
Now... I ALSO think that KaiNieR sex would be so passionate at first, but then ROUGH HEHE
I'm talking Kaine (while taking care to avoid touching his neck or hair too much) would turn him over and spank nier's pale booty cheeks--
