Personally I like the music a lot. It’s less music to theme the episode more immersing you into the situation. Like you’ve been invited to someone’s home and they’ve turned on music and as the night progresses and as you continue with your conversation it’s just there to set the mood. I feel like you don’t really need to ignore it because it frames the situation really nicely. I can understand why some people say it’s distracting but to me personally it just feels like you’re right there in the moment versus just someone speaking to you with complete silence and no ambience. It makes the situation feel more real, I really love this one!
