Post con depression?

do you remember the last time you went home from a con and found it really hard to adjust to real life again?
My sleeping pattern took a major hit, I am more tired than usual, and sometimes it feels like I could just go back but the event has already passed..
Liek I DONT WANNA DO SCHOOLWORK/WORK just yet
I'm looking at photos i took at the con and wish i took more but the whole thing was over too quick..
I hope to recover soon since hey i've still got NDK to look forward to which is in 6 months owo
