Kinktober day5: heartbeat

I think it turned out less of a kink and more of a sentiment (probably bc im a sap for ship dynamics putting emphasis on heartbeats lol)
She also was imagining 2b in her reincarnation outfit so its why 2b looks fancy here and 9s is wearing nothing but an apron HAHA
