And kai was just recovering from his ankle injury at that time but he gave his all to his solo intro and u guys missed his iconic ballet spin from song power ..and he gain /added another nickname from this performence " olympics secret wepon "" to his throne... EXO represented South Korea and K-Pop in this 2018 Olympics alongside with CL from 2NE1 (legendary girl group) Baekhyun also sang S.Korea’s National Anthem here for the 2nd time. I still remember how I watched their performance live on TV at this time. 🥹 because it’s Olympics and it was everywhere. They chose these songs, because “Growl” made them popular in 2014 and this song became 2nd National Anthem of South Korea as people say. Every Korean knows this song. And, “Power” became the first kpop song to be played at the world’s biggest fountain show in Dubai. EXO went there as a guest and participated in this event. This was legendary. And also this song suits Olympics. P.S. EXO also performed at openings 2014 Olympics in Russia if I’m not mistaken. They were so young, yet represented Korea there. And Baekhyun sang S. Korea’s National Anthem there for the first time.
