On The Way
Added 2024-11-17 20:00:08 +0000 UTCHome today. It was a good long 6 days, but I'm ready to be in my own bed. Does anyone else start to get home sick, or just really missing being around your own surroundings? If that makes sense? Like, being surrounded by familiarity I suppose?

Traveling and being away for months is part of my job. Besides family, I miss privacy and independence like cooking my own food or driving. I try to not get homesick by focusing on the work in front of me and little milestones that chip away at the time I’m away rather than the end date
